What is the issue with the "Add a Button" feature in MailChimp that is causing content text to be missing?

Recently, I have been having issues with the text I input into the email template when a customer clicks the “Register Now” button in my MailChimp campaigns. The template includes standard text such as Name, Store, and Email but when I ‘save & close’ and go back in, the text is either partially there or not saved at all. This issue has been occurring in both current and future campaigns I have scheduled. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this issue?
